
Nicole McLeod is passionate, energetic, and positive. She wants to help people become the best versions of themselves. Her teaching and training experience both in the classroom and one on one has made her an excellent coach, facilitator, teacher, and mentor.

Her areas of interest are interpersonal communication, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and resiliency. She loves working with all different types of people and organizations including health care professionals, educators, small businesses, nonprofits and municipal services.

Nicole is a certified executive coach through the Royal Roads University program. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria in Recreation and Health Education and a Masters Degree from the University of Alberta in Exercise Psychology. Nicole is a certified MBTI practitioner, DISC facilitator, and has completed a knowledge translation certificate from the University of Toronto.
