We can provide qualitative evaluation support in the form of interviews and focus groups to better understand the impact and outcomes of your work. Depending on your organization this type of evaluation is important for both internal collection of knowledge (employee satisfaction, exploring workplace culture) and external collection of knowledge (customer experiences, partners etc.). We primarily focus on qualitative forms of evaluation however, we are able to run surveys on a case by case basis or to supplement the qualitative evaluation.
